We had Tim come in to fix a broken light/fix fixture in our house today.

He arrived on time, was very responsive and completed the job quickly. Tim was also very friendly and personable - even had his boots removed before he made it to the front door. I wouldn’t have minded either way but little things like this definitely make a great impression and give you confidence that your property is going to be respected.

Tim was great. We had a number of tasks to be completed: replacement of smoke alarms; fixing of heat lamps in the bathrooms; replacing the remote for the ceiling light/fan; and fixing a light switch.
Tim was polite and courteous and walked me through the problems and the corrective action that he had undertaken.
